Description

An essential Hall of Famer comes into play, with the offering of this 1947 Cy Young cut signature. As baseball's all-time winningest pitcher, Young (d.1955) is a mandatory inclusion for a Hall of Fame autograph collection. The way the game is played today, it would be a tall order to find any two pitchers to match Young's career total of 511 wins. Ask Justin Verlander and Max Scherzer just how tough a task it would be, as they still need another 23 wins between them to equal Young's record.
