Captain America is facing a strange bird in this pre-code issue, who is holding Bucky and a couple of lovely ladies captive in hanging cages. The main story villain is the Parrot, and Asbestos Lady makes her debut in a back-up Human Torch tale. CGC has graded this ancient comic a desirable 5.5, Light Tan to Off-White Pages. CGC's Population Report reports ranks this handsome example in the middle of the pack, of a relatively small total population of fifty-eight.
