This batting pose image is familiar, as it is the shot taken by Barney Stein used for Robinson's 1950 Bowman baseball card. While this classic depiction of Robinson from the peak of his MLB career has been encountered in various size photographs from the original period, this same period 5" x 7" example is potentially unique as a survivor for this size, with the addition of a facsimile signature and "Best Wishes" salutation at bottom-left.
