Description

The "first" version of the Baltimore Colts survived for only five seasons, the last of which was in the National Football League. Unfortunately, for the crew, the hapless Colts would go 1-11 before calling it a day. Presented is a dated 9/17/50 program from their first game in the NFL against the Washington Redskins played at Baltimore's Memorial Stadium. Despite a separated centerfold, the remaining interior pages are still attached to the rusty staple binding. Additional creasing and handling throughout warrants a (GD to VG) overall grade. Washington Redskins Hall of Fame quarterback Sammy Baugh is shown on the front.
