Lot # 1261: Turn-of-the-Century Baseball Player/Team Photographs (5)

Turn the clock back a hundred and twenty-five years or so ago, with the viewing of this turn-of-the-century photograph selection (5). These dead ball era relics are fairly solid and attractive, ranging Gd to Vg+.

Featured are:

8" x 10" Oakdale Base Ball Club team photograph dated 1899 on the reverse.

8" x 10" United Rys Division 5 team photograph dated 1906 on the reverse has a small tear on the top border that does not affect the image.

4-1/2" x 6-1/2" Charles City player photograph with M.H. Vosberg, Charles City credit printed at bottom of the obverse and across the reverse.

3-18" x 6-1/2" player in pitching pose, with Varney, Sacramento, Cal. credit printed at bottom on the obverse.

5-1/4" x 7-1/4" player in batting pose, with moderate surface loss at bottom-left.
