Description

WWII was over, and Captain America was back home, when this 2/46 Timely Comics Captain America Comics #53 issue was published. The Star-Spangled Avenger and his partner in justice Bucky Barnes are seen crimefighting above the towering rooftops of Manhattan, on the front cover of this Golden Age comic. Also appearing in this nicely preserved issue, is another one of Timely's "Big Three" super-heroes, the Human Torch. CGC has recently graded this long-secluded comic a healthy 4.0, Cream to Off-White Pages.
