Description

Big Train World Series Victory! Before a capacity crowd at Pittsburgh's Forbes Field, Washington Senators Hall of Fame ace Walter Johnson stymied the hometown Pirates 4-1 in Game 1 of the 1925 World Series. Although the Bucs would ultimately stymie the Senators back-to-back quest, this antique voucher is a key survivor of the century-old Fall Classic. While the yellow First Floor Reserve stub displays a hint of front paper loss, the event/seating details are pitch black and clearly legible. The game details are noted on the reverse in blue ink.
