It's been over a century since the Washington Senators staved off elimination and won Game 6 of the 1924 World Series en route to capturing the franchise's only title. Presented is a Lower Box Grandstand ticket that survived the fireworks at Griffith Stadium that October afternoon. This antique collectible features the top, Rain Check and Game 6 sections of the period voucher. Each portion has been neatly reattached via mild/moderate adhesive on the reverse and the front black-and-white event details are crisp and attractive. An incredibly scarce D.C. area heirloom that exhibits very impressive eye appeal.
