Description

Regular season ticket stubs from the Chicago “Black Sox” era are difficult to find. These two rare examples average Good condition. The smaller example is dated by the schedule on the back to the year 1918.

The undated example shows War Tax, leading to believe it is late 1917 (War Revenue Act if 1917). It could be 1918 but does not have the same 1918 schedule as seen on the other example. The 1917 Chicago White Sox team had a ticket to destiny, winning the World Series. The 1918 team had a ticket to infamy.
