Description
April 13th, 1962, was an Opening Day that launched a franchise, the first game in New York Mets history. Of course, hope springs eternal on Opening Day, but Casey Stengel’s Mets of 1962 famously went on to lose 120 games with a .250 winning percentage. “Meet the Mets” inside this inaugural yearbook with the roster from that day. Excellent condition.
