Those who had the chance to visit Baltimore’s Memorial Stadium, will always remember how inviting the venue was, and how great the enthusiastic hometown crowd was as well. Fond memories are dialed up, with these (2) 1970s Memorial Stadium street signs. This heavy metal duet represents the venerable stadium’s main attractions, the Orioles, and the Colts, in team appropriate color schemes.

The vibrant 18” x 24” Orioles orange and black sign features the famed “Bird” mascot in a batting pose, with the team name above, and a “Route” direction arrow indicator below, to guide both lubricated and dry fans to their exciting destination. Multiple paint touch-ups are evident, along with general moderate wear and soiling. Despite these conditions, display appeal is abundant, and authentic.

More muted in tone, the blue and white 20” x 20” Colts retains a great deal of original paint integrity. The design is simple, with the Colts horseshoe helmet dominating the landscape, and the team name below in block lettering. Wear is light, and the surface is fairly clean, though moderate age toning is noted.
