Lot # 1125: 1963 Branch Rickey Signed Letter on St. Louis Cardinals Letterhead Matted Display with Full JSA LOA

This Branch Rickey signed typewritten letter on St. Louis National Baseball Club Inc. stationery is dated June 2, 1963, address to Mr. B.F. Brainerd, regarding a reference for employment of a friend of the historic executive. It is signed in blue ballpoint (“9-10”) and has been matted to 8x11, along with a Branch Rickey Perez-Steele postcard, in an 18x14 matting. The postcard is Fourth Series 09081/10,000. Each of the items has been matted in in a protective plastic so that they can be removed safely from the matting. The letter is accompanied by a Full Letter of Authenticity from JSA/James Spence.

NOTE: This signed item is in an acrylic holder and can be removed, safely and without tape marks, from matboard if so desired
