Description

Al Bridwell was interviewed for Lawrence Ritter's 1966 book, “The Glory of Their Times” and the letter includes his thoughts on the book, also noting Marquard, Chief Meyers, Frank Robinson and even Pete Rose. Both relics are from the Fred Tenney estate. The Christmas card (EX) mentions Tenney and features a (“9-10”) Bridwell signature, as does the 5x8 handwritten letter. The letter (VG-EX) is dated Nov. 23-1966.
