Lot # 1649: 1990s Roger Clemens Limited Edition 14K Gold Commemorative Ring

Several of Roger Clemens biggest accomplishments are celebrated with this 1990s limited-edition 14K gold ring. Marked inside the band with an "HJ 14K" hallmark, this limited-edition ring weighs in at a hefty 37.7 grams. Clemens' number "21" is encircled on the front by a dozen diamond chips, and a 13th chip is centered between the numbers. The central device is surrounded by the legend "Roger Clemens Cy Young '86-'87-'91." The right shank is lettered with Clemens' nickname, "Rocket," followed by "20 K's" and the dates he racked up the touted number of strikeouts, "4-29-86" and "9-18-96." Located below the dates are a depiction of Fenway Park, the Flag of the United States of America, and the words "Limited Edition." Seen on the left shank are a Clemens facsimile signature, "1986 A.L.
