Cast your vote for this Harry Truman signed art print in framed display. Truman was nearing the end of his time in office as our 33rd President when he signed this piece, as evidenced but the date-inscribed dedication applied to the matted area at bottom, which reads in full as "To Hon. E. Barrett Perryman, with kindest regards & very best wishes. White House, Nov. 28, 1952, Harry Truman". Truman (d.1972) left office on January 20, 1953. Barret was a U.S. circuit judge. Housed in a period frame showing moderate wear, this display measures 12" x 16" overall. Truman's signature and note remain distinct. Artist Harry S. Moskowitz of Philadelphia has signed on the matting directly below the portrait image area, and he has included the limited-edition numbering "84/125".
