We all know Will Rogers as a humorous social commentator who could address controversial subjects without offending anyone, but he also made 71 films (50 silent, 21 talkies). He was one of America's biggest stars when he died in a plane crash in 1935. These (58) 8x10 black and white stills are from five of those movies. The condition is Excellent or better, with 13 lesser only because the corners have been removed.

1947 "Hollywood Starstamps" Unopened Sheets (9).

These (9) uncut sheets of Hollywood Starstamps average Excellent condition, still in their glassine-style envelopes. The banner across the top states, “10c for the Official Stamps of the Stars and Studios.” They all are First Series. Several different styles are represented, one with portraits of the stars, another with artist caricatures, another larger size with full length pictures. Highlights include June Allyson, Vincent Price, Harry James, Ann Miller, Rita Hayworth, Jane Wyman, Frank Sinatra, Boris Karloff, Janet Leigh and Harpo Marx.
