The quarterback with "the Golden Arm" proved golden with the pen as well, as evidenced by this Johnny Unitas signed check. Dated 2/2/01, this personal check was signed by Unitas approxiamtely fifteen months before his passing in May of 2002. The Hall of Fame quarterback's signature is about as tight as one of his legendary spirals, and the check is crisp and clean.
