While reigning monarch King Edward VII graces the obverse, the truly fascinating part of this coin's design is seen on the reverse, where the mounted Saint George, with sword in hand, is depicted dispatching a dragon. This prized antique coin has a 91.67% gold composition, and weighs in at 7.98 grams, making the actual gold content 0.235 troy ounce. Condition is Vf. With gold on the rise again in mid-to-late August, coins such as this are headed for a nice bump in value.
