Let out a roar of triumph, when you take down these (2) 1934-1935 Detroit Tigers World Series programs. The Tigers have won four World Series championships to date, and their first championship is represented here, with a 1935 edition. Also making their presence felt, are the St. Louis Cardinals "Gashouse Gang", a rugged squad that emerged victorious in 1934.

1934 Detroit Tigers versus St. Louis Cardinals program, Vg-EX, scored for Game 6 at Navin Field. Daffy Dean got the win for the Cardinals. Both lineups were loaded with Hall of Famers and stars, including Mickey Cochrane, Charlie Gehringer, Hank Greenberg, Goose Goslin and Billy Rogell for the Tigers, and Pepper Martin, Frankie Frisch, Ducky Medwick, Ripper Collins and Leo Durocher for the Cardinals.

1935 Detroit Tigers versus Chicago Cubs program, Vg+, issued at Navin Field. The Tigers won this World Series 4 games to 2, to claim their first ever championship. Listed in the printed Tigers lineup are Cochrane, Greenberg, Gehringer, Goslin and Rogell, while the Cubs countered with Augie Galan, Billy Herman, Freddie Lindstrom, Gabby Hartnett, and Stan Hack. Also listed on the rosters are General Crowder, Chief Hogsett, Schoolboy Rowe, Chuck Klein, Lon Warneke, Charlie Grimm and Charlie Root.
