Based in Sebring, Ohio, the Stanford Pottery factory churned out a whimsical line of baseball figures, that are warmly embraced by modern day collectors. This dynamic duo radiates display appeal, with bold colors and an arresting design that's not quite identical. The stance is the same, and both have a gold tooth, but the bank has black Braves jersey lettering against a red background, and the statue's jersey has red lettering against a white background. The underside of the statue's base is coated with felt, while the bank is stamped with Stanford Pottery, and of course, it has a slot on the back of the head feather. There's a patch of paint wear under the statue's chin, limiting its grade to Ex-Mt. The bank is truly impressive, reporting in Nm-Mt state.
