Description

The “Commerce Comet” hurtles into view, with this group of (6) Mickey Mantle Blvd. street signs. Hailing from Mantle’s childhood hometown, these white on blue signs are stated as being “the exact signs that are used by the City of Commerce to mark Mickey Mantle Boulevard”. Sized at 36x6, these heavy metal street signs report in attractive condition, and are lettered on both sides. Beyond mild instances of adhesive residue and superficial wear, these vibrant signs display magnificently well. Accompanying are individual COAs on City of Commerce letterhead dated 1995, stating these signs were purchased from the Commerce Oklahoma Volunteer Firefighters. Each COA also features a city clerk embossed official seal.
