Description

Billed as the first movie starring newly married couple, Debbie Reynolds and Eddie Fisher, “Bundle of Joy” was released in December of 1956, a few months after their own bundle of joy was born, the future Princess Leia, Carrie Fisher. They must have been “distracted” during the shooting of the movie because first-time actor Eddie Fisher said he tried very hard but he knew he wasn't very good. The movie bombed at the box office.

 

This 36-inch-long window sheet poster from the movie is in Very Good to Excellent condition. The bottom quarter of the poster is adorned with signatures by the married couple, who’s marriage famously did not last very long.

The Eddie Fisher (“8-9”) signature has the personalization, “We Three!”

The Debbie Reynolds signature (“9-10”) has the personalization, “Happiness Always.”
