Description

Come face to face with all-time great Mel Ott, when this signed 1934 Associated Press photograph arrives at your door. Measuring 4" x 6", this antique head shot is formatted with rounded corners. The first National Leaguer to join the 500 Home Run Club, Ott (HOF, d.1958) has signed neatly at bottom-left on the obverse. Seen on the reverse are an Associated Press credit stamp dated "Sep 23, 1934", and the written identification "Mel Ott". Condition is satisfactory, and this photograph is suitable for framed display.
