Description

Get down to the business of filling an important spot in your autograph collection, when you score this Satchel Paige signed business card. This Hall of Fame legend ended his lengthy baseball career as vice president of the St. Louis Cardinals AAA Springfield minor league affiliate. Paige was appointed to this mostly honorary position in 1980, two years before his demise in 1982, defining the window of opportunity for him to sign this card. Printed with a Redbirds logo, this vibrant business card remains crisp and attractive, with deference to pinholes and a surface impression from a staple removal just below the team nickname. Spotted at the west end of the card, Paige's signature is a distinct application.
