Description

Did the “Phantom Punch” that knocked out Sonny Liston in the first round of his fight with Muhammad Ali actually land? The fight at Saint Dominic's Arena, Lewiston, Maine, was the second fight between the pair and they were both controversial.

This “Standing Room Only” ticket from the event is in EX-MT condition. It is accompanied by an 8x10 color photo of Ali famously standing above the fallen Listen.

Also included is a signed photo acquired at the Sports Collectors Convention, August of 1997. The 10x8 color photo has a nice dark (“9-10”) Muhammad Ali signature. The photo (GD-VG) has been pasted on a backing board and has acquired many light wavy wrinkles over the years. It comes with a ticket stub (EX) from the event as a bonus.
