Recall a memorable moment in baseball history, with this April 8, 1974 Hank Aaron home run #715 ticket stub. Under a national spotlight that yielded many well-wishes and also some terrible hate mail that included death threats, Aaron broke Babe Ruth's sacred career home run record on this date. A capacity crowd of Atlanta Braves fans filled Atlanta–Fulton County Stadium, to witness the moment Aaron took crafty Los Angeles Dodgers lefty Al Downing deep in the 4th inning, for a record-breaking blast that rocked the baseball world. In all, 53,775 fans were in attendance for this historic event, and one of the gameday souvenirs surfaces here, with this nicely preserved ticket stub. PSA has encapsulated this handsome stub with a grade of EX 5, and the caption "Aaron HR #715, Passes Babe Ruth All-Time HR's".
