A treasure trove of vintage photographs is discovered, with the unearthing of this collection from the estate of photographer Rodney Ward. This meaty bundle is populated with (90+) photographs dating from the 1920s-1970s. While the emphasis is on teams and players from the Negro Leagues and the New England region, there are also plenty of National League and American League subjects in the mix. Condition is generally pleasing, with the majority showing Gd to Ex details, while a minority share show considerable signs of wear.

Featured are an assortment of news service photographs, snapshots, and souvenir type photos, with (25+) approximate 8” x 10” photographs, and (70+) smaller photographs. Also present are several miscellaneous items, including a House of David postcard, and a 1939 City of Waltham champion Metros team-signed baseball.
