Traded from St. Louis to Chicago in 1964, pitcher Ernie Broglio probably used this bat for both teams. The Ernie Broglio Professional Model bat has outstanding use with a handle crack. The handle has been tapped to secure the crack. The noted weight of the bat, 31.9 ounces, includes the tape application. From the labeling period 1964, the model number, length and weight specifications have been confirmed by the manufacturers ordering records as being ordered by the player during the 1964 season.
