A popular coin type is showcased with the presentation of this 1916-1945 Mercury Dime near-complete set (76/77). This set of silver dimes is housed in a deluxe Dansco album, and condition is average to better. Graced with an elegant design, the Mercury dime has been out of circulation for a full seventy years now, and most collectors view the type as an essential inclusion for their collections. The lone absent coin is the elusive 1916-D. All other coins for this series are present and accounted for, including the semi-keys 1921 and 1921-D, which both rate as GD. The balance range 80% VG to VF+, 20% GD. The 1944 coin stands out as a pleasing exception, in XF+ condition.
