Day 10 of the preliminary round of the 1996 Summer Olympics Baseball competition saw three matches, US vs. Netherlands, Italy vs. Japan and Australia vs. South Korea. The US team included R.A. Dickey, Mark Kotsay, Travis Lee, AJ Hinch, Jacques Jarvis, Troy Glaus, Kris Benson, Jeff Weaver, Billy Koch and Jose Contreras (Cubs). The Japanese team featured Kosuke Fukudome. The US team eventually won the Bronze medal. This massive block of (1,200+) mint unused tickets from the July 30th, 1996, events comes in its original shipping box with label and writing on side box “14 of 18.”
