Description

This “American League of Professional Baseball Clubs Uniform Players Contract” was signed on January 9th, 1922, between the Washington club, represented by Hall of Famer Clark Griffith, and infielder Ossie Bluege. As this was Bluege's rookie year, it is his first major league contract. It is in Very Good condition with strong signatures (“9-10”) by “Clark C Griffith, Pres.” and “Oswald L. Bluege.”
