Description

This is huge! 20x25 to be exact, and 2-inches thick. This one-of-a-kind leather-bound scrapbook appears to have been put together by an executive of the Thom McAn Shoe Company. The front is embossed in gold letters “THE NBA-THOM MC AN GIVEAWAY PROMOTION” and is full of letters, posters and photos. It begins with letters from the Thom McAn Shoe Company to various NBA teams detailing their involvement. The first page even features the statement “Here's how it started” followed by the NBA logo. The scrapbook features posters for the giveaway events around the NBA, as well as over 100 black and white photos featuring the executives and players in street clothes. The inside pages are still bound together by a screw binding, but the front and back covers are detached. The contents have been pasted on each page and are in strong condition.
