Description

Autographs come in many forms. These four lots feature 11x14 illustrated paper placemats from the Lake Champlain area of the 1976 Montreal Summer Olympics. The placemats average Excellent condition with bold (“8 to 10”) signatures. Most of the athletes inscribed their event and significant statistics. With a few exceptions, the players are all different.

Boxing:

(12) with Leon Spinks and Michael Spinks (signed separately), “Mike & Leon Spinks Brothers,” Leon Spinks (single).

Boxing team-signed (11) with Sugar Ray Leonard, Howard Davis, Leon Spinks, Michael Spinks, Big John Tate, Davey Lee Armstrong. Good condition due to 4” tape at upper left not affecting signatures.
