“Slingin’” Sammy Baugh lead his Washington Redskins to two World NFL Championships in 1937 and 1942. He led the league in passing percentage eight times and also played safety and acted as the Redskins punter, leading the NFL in punting average five times. He was named an original Football Hall of Famer when the hall opened in 1963.
He has signed this Redskin burgundy throwback jersey with the number “33” on the front, and “Baugh 33” on the back. He has signed (“8”) on the top of the second “3” on the back “Sam Baugh” and inscribed the bottom “HOF 63.”
Also included is a signed black and white 8x10 photo with his dark (“8-9”) signature.
