Description

A Baltimore syndicate purchased the St. Louis Browns at the end of 1953, and the Baltimore Orioles were born. This is a very nice example of a 1954 team-signed ball from the Orioles’ inaugural season. This creamy OAL/Harridge baseball has been signed by (28) members of that team (“7 to 9”).

Sweet Spot: Jimmy Dykes.

North Panel: Bill Hunter, Chuck Diering, Jim Brideweser, Vern Stephens, Bob Kuzava, Mike Blyzka.

South Panel: Howie Fox (died ‘55), Bill O'Dell, Harry Brehan, Chico Garcia, Bob Young, Dick Kryhoski, Les Moss.

Reverse Sweet Spot: Joe Coleman.

West Panel: Joe Durham, Gil Coan, Cal Abrams, Lou Kretlow, Frank Kellert, Ryne Duren, Don Larsen (clubhouse).
