Description

These (10) pennants represent the kind of felt finery you would find at Yankee Stadium during the classic era. The pennants average Excellent or better condition, with obligatory pinholes, unless noted.

Highlights include:

1950 American League Champions N.Y. Yankees - blue on white with no tassels, VG.

1961 World Champions Yankees team photo pennant. The back of the photo has a notation of everyone who appears including the likes of Elston Howard, Roger Maris, Whitey Ford, Yogi Berra and Mickey Mantle.

1967 New York Yankees team photo pennant. Names of the players noted on the back include Mickey Mantle, Elston Howard, Whitey Ford and Mel Stottlemyre.

(4) Full size pennants with the Yankee/Uncle Sam motif.

(3) Three-quarter size pennants “N.Y. Yankees.”

(1) “Yankees Joe DiMaggio” three-quarter size featuring Joe's smiling face.
