Delve deep into the life and times of gold glove second baseman Bobby Richardson, with this 1950s-2010s estate treasure chest bundle, populated with (600+) items. Spanning most of the ninety-year-old Richardson’s adult life, this teeming hoard is baseball-centric as expected, though a very small percentage of items are from outside the baseball world. From a high school yearbook, to his post-MLB days as a coach for the University of South Carolina, and beyond, this massive assortment demonstrates Richardson’s pride in his playing and coaching careers. Among Richardson’s many noteworthy achievements, are 3 World Series championships, 8 All-Star Game selections, and 5 Gold Glove awards, and he remains the only player to earn a World Series MVP award in a losing cause.

Hand-painted baseball by Steve Ramer dated 12/5/12, with limited-edition numbering “1 of 1”. This gorgeous ball is completely decorated, including a Yankee Stadium batting pose scene, a portrait, a fielding scene, and a career stats panel. Condition is immaculate, and the colors are vibrant.

1989 Multi-signed Tuff Stuff’s USA Baseball Card Classic program with Willie Mays on the first page, Hank Bauer, “Moose” Skowron and Don Larson on page 25, Enos Slaughter, Willie Stargell, Bobby Thomson and Hoyt Wilhelm on page 26, Harmon Killebrew on page 27.

11x14 Framed display with original production art page “The .300 Hitter”, signed and personalized on the bottom border by Bill Gallo, with date inscription “ ’59, Daily News”.
