Bronx Bombers slugger Bill "Moose" Skowron steps up for your attention, with this single-signed vintage post-career bat. This Louisville Slugger R43 Skowron signature model bat shows abundant signs of use, including a handle crack, a knob chip, slight checking on the back barrel, contact marks, cleat impressions, abrasions and bat rack streaks. From 1954-1962, Skowron was a solid contributor to the great success of the mighty New York Yankees, batting .294 during his nine seasons in pinstripes. Skowron made good contact with the pen, when he placed a solid signature on the barrel of this vintage bat, that includes his nickname "Moose".
