Lot # 2247: 1976 Mego Micronauts Astro Station In Original Box

Futuristics adventures are promised with this 1976 Mego Micronauts Astro Station in original factory box. Though this Japanese Sci-Fi action figure set was released fifty years ago, the technology still lies ahead in our future. This interchangeable plastic toy set includes a battle-ready station outfitted with a Neutron Missile Gun, a Ray Wave Missile Gun, five missiles, a Capsule, a Missile Ejector, and five Micro Men articulating action figures. Three plastic action figures are housed in Micro Man cases, with #M-104, #M113 and #M114. Another plastic figure lies in the coffin-like capsule and the final figure is a metal example, that loads into the Missile Ejector. Decals have been applied to seat backs and control panels, with one scene on the forward control panel depicting a Samurai-like enemy robot. The missile launchers and rotating seats are in working order and condition is satisfying. The box shows moderate wear and remains reasonably attractive. As far as we call tell, the only component absent, is the instructions sheet.
