Description

This captivating collection is long on dislay appeal, with two Aaron signed items, including a baseball and a milestone newspaper photograph in framed display. Stong support comes from a trio of items which are not signed but make for proud show pieces, with a massive cardboard standup figure, a high relief wall plaque, and a fascinating multi-exposure photograph commemorating Aaron's 715th career home run.

1) Aaron bold sweet spot signature on an attractive ONL/Feeney base ball.

2) Aaron slightly faded signature on a May 18, 1970 New York Daily News "Aaron Joins 3,000-Hit Club" newspaper photograph in framed display.

3) Magnavox-style 5-foot tall foldable cardboard standup in appealing condition, with strong colors.

4) Continental Distributing Company Wall of Fame high relief chalkware plaque in original box. The plaque presents as like-new, with deference to a small chip on the back of the top edge, which has minimal impact on display appeal. The box is solid and appealing.

5) 16x20 multi-exposure commemorative photograph of Aaron's record breaking home run #715 in framed display, reportedly taken by LIFE photographers Henry Groskinsky and Ralph Morse. This arresting photograph sees Aaron at the plate, rounding each base and in an on-field celebration.
