There is a minor clerical error in the PSA/DNA letter that states "Mitchell & Ness Philadelphia Warriors road knit jersey signed by Wilt Chamberlain". The 1966-1967 Philadelphia team was the 76ers. The photo on the LOA matches perfectly to the signature on the jersey and the certification number is viewable in the PSA authentication database.
