Signature seekers find cause to pause, for this multi-signed 1951 Touchdown Club of Washington sheet. Handwritten at the top of this crisp, twice-folded page are the date "27 April 1951", and the title "Washington Senators & Celebrities". Appearing below the title are (38) generally firm signatures, arranged in three columns. Notables are Hall of Famer "Bucky" Harris, long-deceased "dead-ball" era star Clyde Milan, slugger Mickey Vernon, and the Senators executive VP Calvin Griffith, who would succeed Clark Griffith as team owner.
