New York Yankees star of long ago Ben Chapman commemorated a proud accomplishment, when he signed and inscribed the offered OAL/Brown baseball. A productive career .302 hitter with a talent for scoring runs, Chapman had his most rewarding season in 1932, when his solid contributions helped the Yankees win the World Series. Champman has signed firmly in blue on the Rawlings labeled panel of this sporadically toned baseball, and he has included the inscription “1932 Yankees” in celebration of his one and only championship season.
