Description

Vintage satin jacket tied to a city championship team named the Owls dating to 1943. While not much is known about the exact origin of this piece, it features a heavy patch on the left breast with stitching appearing to signify a football connection as well as "City Champs / Owls / 1943 / D.B.F." The jacket is constructed with a red chest and back, red and white sleeves, and a wool collar. Seven red buttons clasp to hold it closed. The jacket shows moderate signs of aging, particularly along the left sleeve, but is otherwise in Excellent condition.
