These tobacco albums were available only by mail and were the top prize offered by the tobacco companies, making them highly prized by collectors. 130+ years old, these (3) albums average Good to GD-VG condition, still with crisp clean interior pages.

1889 A26 “Costumes of all Nations” W. Duke Sons and Co. (10x7) Album reproduces the N70 actors and actresses, 1st and 2nd series. The full album contains 11 pages showing the cards as well as full pages with special lithographs that include Lillian Russell, Mrs. “Lily” Langtry and others. The album has some paper missing from the cover.

1888 A25 “World's Inventors” Allen & Ginter (6x 9 ½) Album with Thomas Edison on the cover. Interior pages have inventor’s bios on the left and images on the right including Robert Fulton, George Pullman, Elias Howe, Archimedes, Sir Isaac Newton and of course, Benjamin Franklin. The last page and back cover of this album are unattached; however, the binding string is intact.

1889 A21 “The Napoleon Album” Allen and Ginter (6x 9 ½) features a pictorial history of Napoleon's career, through Waterloo and his death in 1821. The album and string binding are intact.
