Head way back to the ancient past of the non-sport hobby, with this 1888 A2 Allen & Ginter American Indian Chiefs album. A collector favorite brand, Allen & Ginter issues are highly prized. This 19th Century tobacco premium is a prime example of A&G's exciting issues, with vibrant, realistic artwork throughout. Housed between the cover boards, are a dozen pages featuring images of forty-eight cards, with four to five images per page. While the leather binding string is present, the pages are completely or partially detached, as they are torn through on the left side of the factory punched holes. Despite this condition, the covers and pages remain sturdy and very attractive. Chief among these Chiefs, are Sitting Bull, Geronimo, and Chief Joseph.
