Description
2X NFL champion turned fast food king Alan Ameche serves up a tasty treat, with this signed check. Upon the conclusion of his 1955-1960 NFL career as a running back with the Baltimore Colts, Ameche opened a successful chain of drive-in burger restaurants in the Baltimore region. Ameche's distinct signature on this 4/23/88 personal check, was applied just four months prior to his demise on 8/8/88.
