Lot # 1881: Coretta Scott King Signed Life Magazine Cover - JSA

The September 12,1969 cover of Life Magazine stated simply, “Coretta King's moving account of life with her martyred husband - He Had a Dream.” The dark background of the cover reflected the mood of the nation at the time, as it seemed we were losing our greatest leaders. Trimmed as seen in the photo, the cover grades VG-EX. The dark background photo has the widow’s dignified signature (“7-8”) and it is accompanied by a JSA hologram and Basic Cert.
