It says a lot that the '61 Yankees squad is considered among the very best ever, as they are ranked among teams centered around "Babe" Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Joe DiMaggio, and Derek Jeter, and that's just their own organization. This Official Home Run League baseball is period signed by (24), with signature strength ranging ("5" to "7"), and plenty of popular stars have provided autographs, including Roger Maris, "Yogi" Berra, "Whitey" Ford, and Elston Howard.
