Lot # 1139: Riggs Stephenson & Joe Sewell Dual-Signed Baseball - Beckett Encapsulated Authentic

Early 1920s Cleveland Indians teammates Riggs Stephenson and Joe Sewell reunited some years later, to dual-signed the offered baseball. Traces of factory labeling on the sweet spot, suggest this ball is a 1940s OAL/Harridge model. Both signatures are bold examples, with Hall of Famer Sewell ("9.5") on the west panel, and career .325 hitter Stephenson ("10") on the east panel.
